If you have ever longed for one of your favorite television shows to come to life, Downton Abbey: The Exhibition could make your dreams come true. Downton Abbey started as a television show in 2010 and ran for six seasons total, but luckily for fans of the show that was not the end of this highly favored period drama.  Recently, the popular TV show has come back in the form of an exhibit, and soon, it will become a movie on the big screen. What is the Downton Abbey Exhibit?

The Downton Abbey Exhibit is an exhibition that brings the Downton Abbey television show to life. This exhibit features sets and costumes from the TV show along with displays about the history and culture from the TV show’s time period.

This exhibit is open every day from 10 am to 7 pm, with most guests typically spending around 90 minutes inside.  General admission tickets

for 14 and up cost 35 dollars.  Children under 14 can visit the exhibit for free with a paying adult. However, it is important to note that tickets are sold on a timed entry. That means when you purchase your tickets, you will buy them for a specific time slot during which you must enter the exhibit.

VIP tickets to the Downton Abbey Exhibit cost $49 per person and come with the advantage of being able to enter the exhibit at any time during the day instead of only during a specific time slot. The other advantage of VIP tickets is that they give you access to a complimentary audio guide. Where Can You Find It?

The Downton Abbey Exhibit started its US tour in New York but has since moved to downtown West Palm Beach. West Palm Beach is the second, but not the final destination of the exhibit, so be sure to see it in Palm Beach before it moves on.

The exhibition is located in CityPlace on 575 South Rosemary Avenue in West Palm Beach at the Northwest corner of Hibiscus and Rosemary Ave. Also, those visiting the exhibit can get parking validation for up to 2 hours in the public parking garages at CityPlace.
