Pound Workout

Channel your inner performer and rock your body at Pound - a free workout class fusing movement and music led by Alina Orenstein. Drum along to a slammin' soundtrack using weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into a fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping in sweat. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat, towel & water.
