Barrio Sangria Bar
Barrio Sangria Bar, Big Time Restaurant Group’s new culinary concept, will open in 2020 at Rosemary Square. Adjacent to City Cellar, the 100-seat outdoor bar will feature handcrafted sangrias, tapas, cheese and charcuterie, main plates, and rustic, hearth-baked pizza.
Bar cocktails pay homage to Spain with fruity rosés, handcrafted red, white, and rosé sangria, and build-your-own gin and tonics sourcing housemade tonic water. The comfort food-infused menu includes Flatiron Chicken, Dry Aged New York Strip and Fries, and bountiful Quinoa and Caesar Salads with Chicken. Sharable plates range from House Marinated Olives, Preserved Artichokes with Jamón, and Brussels Sprouts with Aoli and Aged Manchego, to Jamón Wrapped Dates, Charred Octopus, Beef Empanadas and Mushrooms al la Plancha served with Salsa Verde.
Barrios Sangria Bar will serve lunch and dinner daily and happy hour Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
